Ingredients: Olive oil, black truffle extract (tuber Melanosporum vitt), flavorings.Suggestions: Use either as a substitute for the fresh truffle or together in order to enhance its taste. To be used raw on all dishes. It can be added to pasta, risotto, eggs and is great to baste poultry and roasts or to drizzle over wild game. Very concentrated, one teaspoon per person is recommended.
