Citymeals on Wheels – Supper at Daniel – 2024

Last Sunday, on the evening of March 10^th, 2024, Gourmet Attitude had the honor of contributing to Citymeals on Wheels’ 26^th Annual Sunday Supper at Daniel.

Since 1981, Citymeals on Wheels has had a significant impact on elderly New Yorkers. Not only is it an organization that helps provide nourishment to homebound, elderly, New Yorkers – it is an organization that does so with a human touch. Citymeals on Wheels manages to hand deliver meals to these homebound New Yorkers, and ensures that they have access to nourishing meals, even during holidays and emergencies.

This year, the annual Sunday Supper at Daniel raised over $1.2 million, 100% of which will be used for more than 120,000 meals for New York City’s homebound elderly.

We would like to thank everyone at Citymeals for their enduring efforts, as well as Chef Daniel Boulud, Chef William Bradley, Chef Mawa McQueen, Chef Virgilio Martinez, Chef Stephane Grattier, Chef Merlene Vieira, and everyone else involved, for coming together at Daniel and generously giving your time to support this cause.
