Truffle Chocolate Lava Cake


- 3 eggs

- 100 g sugar

- 100 g dark chocolate chips 

- 85 g butter

- 35 g flour


Preheat oven to 390°F.

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler with the butter.

In a bowl, break the eggs, add the sugar.Blend the preparation with a mixer to obtain a compact mousse.

Add the chocolate, then the flour, mixing gently. Finely shave the truffle.

Butter ramekins or fondant molds. Pour the fondant mixture into the molds.

Bake at 390°F for 6 minutes.

Enjoy hot or cold.
