
White Truffle Croque-Monsieur
INGREDIENTS
- 8 Slices of bread
- 2 Slices of ham
- 150g Taleggio cheese
- 40g of White Truffle Butter
- 1 oz of White Truffle
DIRECTIONS
- Spread the White Truffle butter on the bread slices
- Cut the Taleggio cheese into strips. Put half of it on 4 slices of bread.
- Add the white ham and the rest of the Taleggio cheese. Cover with the other slices of bread.
- Place on a baking sheet. Place under the broiler for 6 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
- Meanwhile, cut the White Truffle into strips.
- Once out of the oven, cut each croque-monsieur into 3 pieces lengthwise. Arrange the truffle slices on top and serve immediately.
