Black Truffle Oil

A perfect blend combining the distinctive aroma of black truffle with the rich, tasty flavor of olive oil. It is a delicious substitute for truffles or can be combined with our fresh truffles for a more enhanced experience! However, it is intended as a finishing oil to add flavor by drizzling over a wide range of dishes including pasta, risotto, eggs salads, game, poultry etc...

From Italy. 
Olive oil, black truffle extract (tuber Melanosporum vitt), flavoring. 
100 ml (3.38 fl oz) or 250 ml (8.45 fl oz).

Keep in a cool, dry place. Use as finishing oil, uncooked, on all dishes. Oil is very concentrated, one teaspoon per person is recommended. Ready-to-use and shelf-stable.

We ship perishable items via FedEx Overnight Monday-Friday. Additional charges are added at check out for Saturday deliveries. Non-perishable items are shipped via FedEx Ground Monday-Friday.

All orders placed after 2pm EST will be shipped the next day.  Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
