Truffle Foundations Holiday Gift

This "Truffle Foundations" gift is the perfect starter truffle set to begin experimenting with the beautifully complicated aroma that truffles hold.

In this set, you are able to pick between either a 100mL Black Truffle Oil or a 100mL White Truffle Oil as well as two jars from our truffle collection. This way, you are able to mix and match to your heart's delight!

Black Truffle Oil: 
From Italy.  Olive oil, black truffle extract (Tuber Melanosporum Vitt), flavoring. 100 ml (3.38 fl oz)

White Truffle Oil: 
From Italy.  Olive oil, white truffle extract (Tuber Magnatum Pico), flavoring. 100 ml (3.38 fl oz)

Truffle Carpaccio:  Summer Truffles (Tuber Aestivum Vitt), olive oil, salt, flavorings. Each jar contains 80g (2.82 oz) - 6-8 servings.  

Truffle Cream: Porcini mushrooms 84% (boletus edulis and relative group), olive oil 12%, white truffles 3% (Tuber Magnatum Pico), salt, wine vinegar, vegetable extracts, spices, flavorings. Each jar contains 80g (2.82oz) - 6-8 servings.

Truffle Honey : From Italy. Acacia honey, White Truffles 1.5% (Tuber Albidum Pico), flavorings.  Each jar contains 120g (4.23 oz) - 8/10 servings.

Black Truffle Sauce:  From Italy.  Cultivated Mushrooms (Agaricus, Bisporus), olive oil, Summer Truffle 5% (Tuber Aestivum), carrots, onions, salt, aromatic herbs and spices, garlic, flavorings, walnuts, acidity corrector: lactic acid. Each jar contains 180g (6.34 oz) - 10-15 servings.


Keep in a cool, dry place, refrigerate after opening.

Truffle Oil does not need to be refridgerated. 

Ready-to-use and shelf-stable.

We ship perishable items via FedEx Overnight Monday-Friday. Additional charges are added at check out for Saturday deliveries. Non-perishable items are shipped via FedEx Ground Monday-Friday.

All orders placed after 2pm EST will be shipped the next day.  Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
