Truffle Honey

This Truffle Honey is the perfect combination or raw honey and Tuber Melanosporum. The honey comes from a life-long beekeeper located in the Fingerlakes region of Upstate New York. It is a raw, pure and unfiltered honey. The black winter truffles come from our long-time French grower/partner. They were cautiously selected at pick of the season and we put 2% in each jar. 

No preservatives are used. It is a all natural product.

The combination of these unique ingredients as well as the indisputable savoir-faire of our Chef give all its richness to our Truffle Honey. It won't disappoint ! The honey absorbs the truffle aroma and pairs well with desserts (try drizzling on ice cream), as an accompaniment on a cheese plate, on ricotta toasts, or spread on grilled pork chops or grilled chicken.
