This Truffle Salt is a perfect blend of Pink Himalayan Salt and dehydrated Summer Truffles (Tuber Aestivum Vittadini). Pink Himalayan Salt is less processed than table salt and may contain traces of nutrients and minerals. Truffle Salt is perfect to season scrambled eggs, grilled meat, vegetables, or French fries. Tuber Aestivum, also called summer truffle or truffe de la Saint Jean, has a black envelope with well-marked asperities. Its flesh is beige in color with a network of fine white marbling. Light and fleeting, the summer truffle aroma reminds of mushrooms and damp earth with a delicate hazelnut taste.
