Truffle Burger


- 2 hamburger buns 

- 1 oz. Fresh Black Winter Truffle (shaved) 

- 1 tomato 

- 2 fresh lettuce leaves 

- 3 pickle slices 

- 1 sliced white onion 

- 2 burger patties 

- 2 slices American Cheese 

- 1 Tbsp. Truffle Honey

- 1/4 cup water 

- 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter 

- 2 Tbsp. olive oil 

- Salt & pepper 

- Truffle mayo 

- Ketchup 


- Melt the unsalted butter on a frying pan and place the buns face down. Cook until golden and set them aside. 

- In a frying pan, melt the Truffle Butter. Add the onions and stir consistently over medium heat for about 5 minutes. 

- Add the Truffle Honey and the water. Stir well. 

- Cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes. 

- In the meantime, place a large frying pan over medium heat and add the olive oil. 

- Season your burger patties with salt and pepper and place them in the pan. 

- Cook for 3 min on first side. 

- Flip them, add the Truffle shavings and the cheese slices on top. 

- Cover and cook for 3 more minutes. 

Time to assemble your truffle burger! 

- On your toasted buns, spread the generous amount of Truffle Mayo and Ketchup. On your bottom place the following ingredients in this order. 

- 1 lettuce leave 

- 2 tomato slices 

- 3 slices pickles 

- Caramelized truffle onions 

- Truffle cheesy burger 

- Top bun

Serve and eat immediately!
